Colin Powell Elementary School Home

On June 6, 1944, Allied forces stormed the beaches of Normandy, France, changing the course of history. Their courage serves as a reminder of the price of freedom. Let us never forget their heroism and sacrifice.

Colin Powell's Art Teacher, Ms. Woods, took our students outside to our Peace Garden. They participated in sketchbook meditation with Zen Garden vibes. It was certainly an amazing experience for everyone in attendance.

Ms. Silva's fourth grade class, at Colin Powell, combined digital design skills with vinyl cutting to create personalized bookmarks. It was a wonderful experience for everyone.
